About Katherine Rhule

Born and raised in Virginia and a graduate of UVA, my career relocated me throughout the East Coast and Midwest. Although I enjoyed sailing the Great Lakes and hanging out on the dog beaches of Florida, my heart was always in Virginia. I was thrilled when a job transfer brought me back to my native state in 2006. My husband Greg, our 2beagles, and I discovered the Northern Neck and fell in love with the laid-back living and abundance of water activities. We loved having our sailboat at the end of our dock on the Corrotoman River. We soon took up kayaking, fishing, crabbing and oyster farming, and found deep community roots and dear lifetime friends. For years this was my weekend home while I traveled Monday through Friday. Then I decided to stay “local” and put my years of customer service experience to work in the real estate business. Since then, I have been exceeding the expectations of both Buyers and Sellers with first-hand knowledge of the Chesapeake Bay area, a deep desire to help others, unwavering integrity, and a strong work ethic. I am fortunate to have earned top producer awards yearly from Liz Moore& Associates and the Northern Neck Association of Realtors, but the real satisfaction comes from a satisfied client.
