About Hannah Clarke

I'm a licensed real estate agent and proud member of the Peace Properties team. After spending the past four years supporting our agents behind the scenes, I earned my real estate license in 2025 and couldn't be more excited to guide clients through one of life's biggest milestones.

Chesterfield County has always been home. I'm a Manchester High School graduate (go Lancers!) and have deep roots in the community. Before real estate, I spent nine years as a bank teller, where I built strong relationships and developed a love for helping people navigate important financial decisions. Along the way, I earned my associate degree from John Tyler Community College.

My husband and I have been together for 13 years and call a small family farm home, where life is full of animals, laughter, and a little bit of chaos. We're raising two young kids—Savannah (6) and Walker (3)—who keep us on our toes and remind us what “home” really means.

I bring organization, care, and a people-first mindset to every client relationship, and I'm honored to help others find a place to put down roots.
