Ellen is a mix of Joie de vivre, carpe diem, and a genuine love for helping people buy and sell real estate. If she looks familiar you may have seen her around Williamsburg at a farmers market, Second Sundays, or an outdoor concert. Then again, you might recognize her from HGTV's House Hunters (S 207 E 10 Merging Households in Virginia) or spreading kindness with LEAD Greater Williamsburg's kindness initiatives.
Ellen grew up in a small town in Michigan, but has long called Williamsburg home. She holds a bachelor's degree in Communications with a focus on Public Relations, and a master's degree in Diplomacy with a focus on Conflict Resolution. When not helping people make their real estate dreams come true you can find her daydreaming about the places she wants to travel to, taking flight lessons at the local airport, or walking her pup, Petey.
Ellen worked for Colonial Williamsburg for a number of years in many different capacities - everything from making bricks to coordinating educational programs to scouting locations for photo shoots. She loves to travel, and has spent time in China, Italy, Spain, Portugal, France, Mexico, England, Ireland, Greece, and her favorite - the Azores. Her next trip will probably be to wherever there is a cheap flight or whatever is available when her wanderlust gets too strong to ignore.
Ellen has 3 rambunctious kids - Pip, Ginny and Eomer. From football to soccer, fife and drum to discussing the habits of pegolins and penguins, she is very active in their activities.
Ellen is excited to share her love of Williamsburg with her new real estate client's whether they are young families moving up in Williamsburg, or out of towner's who want to call Williamsburg home.
Call Ellen today, and find out the difference that the right REALTOR can make!
