About Cathy Jackson

My name is Cathy Jackson, and I am here to provide you with a personable and knowledgeable real estate experience. My career in real estate began in 1995 working as an office manager for a large general contracting company in Kill Devil Hills, N.C. I was then afforded the opportunity to work with two premier resort communities, in Duck, N.C. In 1998, I began a new endeavor in my career on the Outer Banks of North Carolina and worked as an associate broker in real estate sales . Working in real estate sales on the Outer Banks of NC, I learned about investment analysis of properties, second home investments, and rental investments, as well as year round sales. I am still a licensed real estate associate broker in N.C. In 2005, I relocated to the Hampton Roads area and earned my Virginia Brokers License, as well as a CPS (Certified New Homes Specialist) and SFR (Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource Certification). Today, I am excited to be an associate broker with Liz Moore and Associates, and the opportunity to work with such an innovative and supportive organization. My Father was a, Army Medical Service Corp., Colonel, and I have relocated many times. I know how hard relocation and learning a new area can be. Working with military families, first time home buyers, and those relocating to the area is my specialty. For over 22 years, I have been assisting buyers and sellers to make their dreams of finding the right home, come true.
