About Stephanie Henning

I fell in love with Virginia while living in Matthews County in 2007.  The area is diverse, offering rich experiences in outdoor recreation, historical exploration, and joyful opportunities for people of all ages. In 2010 I planted permanent roots in New Kent County.  There, my husband Tom (Williamsburg native), and I built a home and proudly raise two wild boys, several dogs, a few cats, and a flock of chickens. (Do you want some eggs?)   I'm always on my toes either cheering on the boys in various athletic activities, working in the garden, enjoying a 5K run, fishing with the family, or volunteering with the New Kent Junior Women’s Club. I enjoy learning guitar and singing rather poorly.  But I especially love helping my clients find the perfect home, or advising sellers how to get the best price for their investment.
I'm proud to say, I have 10 wonderful years of experience with Liz Moore and Associates.  Since that time, I've gained many skills in the field and am constantly in the process of furthering my commitment to Real Estate. I've completed an Appraisal Institute curriculum and am working to obtain my GRI designation.
Since my start, I've gained in-depth knowledge about a variety of communities in the greater region, including Williamsburg's neighborhoods, the middle and lower peninsula, as well as rural counties neighboring New Kent. My aim is to exceed your expectations as your real estate agent by focusing on your needs and listening to what is important to you. I want to earn trust, not just as your representative, but as a friend. I can be honest and acute, but personable and fun and my commitment is as enthusiastic for a first-timer as it is for a seasoned veteran.
