My real estate journey began in 1999, and I became a licensed Realtor® in 2004. Courtney and I met in 2010 while I was managing operations for a local sales office. In 2017, we combined our strengths to form the Courtney Martinez Real Estate Team.
Over the years, I've gained extensive experience in nearly every aspect of Williamsburg real estate, including administration, property management, office management, and sales. These roles have strengthened my commitment to delivering exceptional customer service, clear communication, and seamless transaction management.
Outside of real estate, I am passionate about giving back to the community through volunteering with local meal programs for children and shelters for those in need. Guiding clients through one of life's biggest milestones is a privilege, and I am proud to do so as part of a team that shares my values.
