My extensive knowledge of the local real estate market in Midlothian and the surrounding Metro Richmond areas, combined with my strong negotiation skills and marketing strategies, make me a trusted advisor for anyone looking to buy or sell property in the area. I have had a passion for real estate since I became a homeowner myself in my mid-twenties. In that time, I have bought and sold new construction homes, older homes and homes that are in between and have done renovations to increase value on each of those. I have been in similar life experiences as you like buying and selling as a newlywed and with small children. Those types of experiences help me to empathize and know the pressures and concerns of the clients I work with.
I take pride in my attention to detail and commitment to my clients, working tirelessly to ensure that their real estate goals are met in a manner that exudes class. I chose to use the bowtie in my logo because I see them much like me. They are classy but still fun. If you’ve ever tried to tie a bowtie you know it’s not easy and only a few can do it. I approach real estate the same way. I will represent myself and my clients with class but have some fun along the way while providing knowledge and service that only a few like me can provide.
When not selling real estate, you will find me spending time with my wife, Kimberly, and our twins, Thomas and Lizzie. I love being outdoors, enjoying a round of golf, hunting, fishing, grilling, exploring Virginia wineries or attending sporting events. I have a sense of humor, believe in treating others how I would like to be treated and I've been told I'm a pretty good cook. Among my specialties to make are smoked brisket and, of course, Brunswick Stew.
