Debi Braswell Warren has been our realtor for two homes and has done a fair and honest job.  She kept us informed, even when it was a tough situation.   I have and would recommend her to friends. Something that impressed me was her professional appearance, and her ability to compromise her time with ours.  She was always available, and when we moved before our home was sold she even got our mail and forwarded it, when the post office did not.  Unlike some realtors she was even present at our closings, so if we had questions, she was able to explain even that process to us.  I also appreciated the way that Liz Moore and her associates  made themselves available and put themselves on line when necessary.  They made selling and buying an easier experience.

As first-time sellers, Carol was wonderful to work with.  She helped us get the ?hard work? finished early so that the sale would be a success ? and it was!  Personally, we feel that Carol looked out for our very best interests, even buying flowers to make our home more welcoming.  Carol was willing and able to be present for installations, inspections and such so that we could continue to work at our jobs without interruptions.  That was especially important to Kate as a school teacher!  What a great experience!

A friend of mine recommended Mike Loveland to be my Real Estate Agent and I am so very glad she did.  I am a divorced mother of three kids and this was my first house purchased on my own.  I really had no clue as to what to do. Mike explained everything to me and called me at least twice a day to make sure I was happy.   He showed us houses on my schedule after work until we found one we loved.  Once we found “THE ONE” he did everything to make sure I had no closing costs except for part of the repairs I had agreed to cover.  Everyone Mike recommended for us to work with from the Home Inspector to the Title Company that did the closing was amazing.  My three kids and I now have a place to call a HOME.  If I ever move again Mike is on my list and on speed dial in my cell phone.

I have to add one more story that without Mike I don’t know what I would have done.  The day of closing I had a major plumbing leak, I called Mike and he was here within 30 minutes and he called someone to fix it.  (Mind you this is after closing and the Real Estate Agents job is supposedly done) Not Mike. He is there forever after.  We had another plumbing issue a few hours later and Mike came out on a Sunday morning to look at it.  I ended up having to call my home warranty company to get them to send someone out.  Please buy a home warranty; it saved me.  Long story short and 2 weeks later, it turned out to be something that the contractor for the bank should have fixed before I bought the house.  Mike talked to them and somehow   got them to refund my deductible that I had to pay for the plumbing repairs.  If you want a really honest and dependable person that is more than an agent and more like family; make sure you call Mike Loveland.

It is with pleasure that I get to write this memo to you on the professionalism and care that Teresa Cline took over the last several months in selling our property. 

    Teresa took over the listing of our home after 9 months of very little activity and showings of our property.  Rather than extending the current contract with our current realtor, we chose Liz Moore and Associates to handle the listing and hopefully the sale of our home because of Teresa Cline.

John has a unique ability to look at property through the eyes of his client!

My experience with John Womeldorf has been exceptional. Certainly he is extremely warm and personable. But, probably more important, he has been extremely responsive and well informed. He has been quick to provide answers (from developers and others) and documentation (such as the many pages of Rules and Regulations in New Town), as we considered several properties. His computer expertise has eased the receipt and dissemination of information, including the scanning of executed documents that I can send along to my attorney. John?s presentation of past sales, viewed on the screen in your conference room and then printed out, allowed me to make a well informed offer on a property in New Town.

John has a unique ability to look at property through the eyes of his client. His support was especially good for someone considering a purchase from ?far away?. Virtual tours of properties and many digital photographs of interiors, exteriors, and neighborhoods arrived on my laptop and allowed me to have a much better sense of each property in advance of my visit.  

Overall, John made me feel as though I was his only client and that he had all the time in the world to find me a property that I would love. We both know better than that. I am sure that he is serving a multitude of clients for your firm with the same incredible efforts.

Liz, I wanted to write you a quick note to tell you about the great experience I had with one of your realtor?s, Bonnie Atwell.  Bonnie sold our home and helped us find a new home.  She was so professional and on top of her game.  I would highly recommend Bonnie for anyone looking for an excellent realtor.  I know Bonnie personally but that did not change the professionalism that she showed me and my husband throughout the entire process.  I knew she?d be good, but I had no idea just how good until we started on this experience with her. She?d call us every few days just to check in to make sure we were doing ok and to give us updates.  I truly cannot say enough about the excellent service we received.
