It is with pleasure that I get to write this memo to you on the professionalism and care that Teresa Cline took over the last several months in selling our property. 

    Teresa took over the listing of our home after 9 months of very little activity and showings of our property.  Rather than extending the current contract with our current realtor, we chose Liz Moore and Associates to handle the listing and hopefully the sale of our home because of Teresa Cline. 

    She brought one of her clients to look at our home 6 months ago and had the opportunity to speak with my husband.  He liked her attitude and was impressed with her intellect related to the local real estate market.  Teresa hit the ground running making suggestions for improving and staging our home.  She paid for several hours for an interior decorator to come in and stage the house for us.  What helped was Teresa?s guidance every step of the way.  She made herself available to us to answer questions and to keep us focused on the goal of selling our property.

Deelyn was great the first time around. My husband is currently in Afghanistan and she helped me get through this process without any bit of stress. We met Brian at a Liz Moore open house at least a year before we were even considering a move to a new home, and he stayed in touch on a friendly basis.  When we later discovered our 'dream townhouse', quite by happenstance, we naturally called Brian to handle the sale of our home and the purchase of the new home.  As luck would have it we had to abandon the offer on our first 'dream townhouse' because of contingency restrictions.  We were very disappointed.  But undaunted, Brian visited the owner of a nicer townhouse on the same street and convinced him to sell his townhouse to us.  Brian had actually found a duplicate 'dream townhouse' for us that we love better than the first one.

John has set the gold standard for service and support through a long and protracted process.  We purchased a home in foreclosure which had a very challenging process to complete and John went far above and beyond to both speed up the process and to take rseponsiblity for many aspects of the process that would have been too challenging for us, without professional representation.
