About Grace Lacey
A Baltimore native, Grace Lacey has made her home in Williamsburg for nearly 30 years. Prior to moving to Williamsburg in 1986, Grace attended Towson State and then moved to New Haven, Connecticut and received a Finance degree from Quinnipiac College. She entered the banking field early in her career while raising 3 wonderful children: son Billy (currently attending Virginia Tech), daughter Kelley (recent USC grad now teaching high school math in Columbia, South Carolina), and daughter Erin (a University of Georgia grad now working for Viacom on the West Coast). With children grown, Grace decided it was time to re-focus on her career so she joined Liz Moore & Associates in 2006. Her passion for wanting to make a difference, coupled with her knack for building strong relationships and an eye for detail has provided the foundation for an amazing career in Real Estate. Having her clients, whether they are buying or selling a home, feel like they have her undivided attention is her ultimate goal. Listening and reacting to their real estate needs and concerns will always be her top objectives. It's all about building relationships to Grace and she feels very blessed that the majority of her business comes from past client referrals.
On a personal note, Grace loves volunteering. She finds it a great way to give back while working alongside amazing individuals. An active member of the Williamsburg Area Association of REALTORS®, Grace has held a number of committee positions over the years, most recently with the Community Outreach program, which works to identify and spearhead projects to benefit the WJCC area. Grace is an active member of the Kiwanis Club of Williamsburg as a Board member and Satellite Committee Chair. Her favorite projects are ringing the bell for the Salvation Army at Christmas time and participating with the Tree Lighting ceremony in the Historic Area on Christmas Eve. When she's not working or volunteering (which isn't often), Grace loves traveling with her children, loving on her yellow lab, Riley, and pushing herself with outside activities. Cycling, hiking and being on the water are her favorites.
