About Debi Warren

As a daughter of a career Air Force Chaplain, I am familiar with moving.  Having lived all over the world, I pride myself in being sensitive to the challenges involved with relocating, and I am committed to helping families accomplish smooth moves, whether across town or across the country.

I moved here with my family in 2000.  I am a graduate of University of Maryland in Germany and the University of Colorado.  I started my real estate career in 2001. Over the past several years I have made great relationships with agents, lenders, contractors, and other business affiliates, which is very important in real estate.  I made Virginia home when I married my husband Jon in 2003. He is a native of Newport News, where we currently call home.

Although real estate keeps me busy, I also enjoy time with family, running races, traveling, and scrap booking.

I would love to hear from you and have the opportunity to help you with all of your real estate needs.  You can reach me on my cell: (757)291-DEBI(3324) or via email at:

Alma Mater
University of Colorado Buffalo

I love Williamsburg because
Colonial Williamsburg, Busch Gardens, the shopping and restaurants. I also love Kingsmill. I had my first job there when I moved here in 2000. I had two jobs. 1. Booking reservations for corporate conferences and events. 2. Driving the refreshment/beer cart to all the golfers on the weekends.

I can work through problems in a calm manor. I don't get upset easily. My superpower is when someone or something makes me really upset I will solve the problem, then I literally forget about the issue. I will not allow anything to create negative space in my mind. It's not worth it!

Favorite challenge
Hiking to the top of the Half Dome in Yosemite National Park. 18 mile hike. My husband and I did it in 13 hours. You have to climb up the granite rock with cables to get to the very top.

How I start my day
Quiet time with the Lord followed by the gym.

Biggest motivator
People who say I can't do something. It is *awesome* when I prove them wrong!!
