About Bob Chapman

Bob is a lifelong resident of the Hampton Roads/Tidewater area bringing firsthand knowledge of the local culture, and intimate familiarity with this unique and vibrant community. A graduate of Maury High School, Old Dominion University and the College of William and Mary, he brings over 17 years of real estate sales experience to the table in matching buyers and sellers in smooth stress free transactions.

Community service is important to Bob as a voting member on the Newport News Board of Review of Real Estate Assessments and an active participant on The Public Policy, Grievance/Professional Standards and Budget/Finance Committees with the Virginia Peninsula Board of Realtors, as well as a past stint of 5 years as a Director of the Real Estate Board.

Outside of Real Estate, Bob enjoys travel on motorcycles, he has built and flown his own airplane and tried his hand at sailing, but never got to good at that one.
